According to the Law of Attraction, you attract into your life whatever you give your energy, attention and focus to, whether wanted or unwanted. This law is the most powerful law in the universe and it is at work all the time. Most of us being unaware that the Law of Attraction is working in our life all the time tend to attract things non-deliberately and as such we live our lives by default.
You are an energy being and you are continuously releasing vibrations. Your vibrations can be either positive or negative. When you are feeling happy, peaceful, successful, abundant, prosperous, loving, compassionate, enthusiastic, you are emitting positive vibrations. When you are feeling fearful, doubtful, anxious, angry, worried, sad, frustrated, jealous, depressed, stressed or confused, you emit negative vibrations.
The Law of Attraction is always responding to what you are vibrating by giving you more of it. When you emit positive vibrations, you will tend to attract more positive experiences, people, situations and circumstances in your life. On the other hand, when you give out negative vibes, you tend to attract more negative experiences in your life. According to the Law of Attraction, we are all magnets and we attract what we vibrate. Therefore, if you want to attract more positive things in your life, you should always vibrate positively.
Most of the time, you are not aware of what vibration you are emitting in the universe. You simply react to daily situations and to events that are happening around you and your vibrations tend to vary between positive and negative all the time. When you react unconsciously to these events which can be either good or bad, you tend to attract things by default in your life. Once you come to understand how the Law of Attraction works and how important it is to vibrate positively, you can start manifesting whatever you want and you become a deliberate creator of your life. This process of deliberate creation involves three steps.
Step 1: Identify Very Clearly What You Really Want
If you want to live the life of your dreams, it is very important for you to become very clear about what you really want in your life. Clarity is the first step for deliberate attraction. Most of the time, we don’t have a very clear idea about what we want and we attract things which do not really give us complete satisfaction. One of the best ways to become clear about what you do want in your ideal life is to examine very briefly what you do not want. You then replace the unwanted vibration with a wanted vibration. It is very important for you to focus only on what you really want rather than on what you don’t want. Once you become very clear about what you truly want in your life, you should use only positive words to state what you want. You should never use negative words and words like no, not and don’t should be completely eliminated. For example, if you want to buy a car, you should not say “I don’t want a car which is small and uncomfortable” instead, you should say “I want a car which is very spacious and where I feel very comfortable.”
Step 2: Raise Your Vibration
Once you are very clear about what you want to manifest in your life, the next step is to raise your vibration to attract what you want. Remember, you do not get what you want but you get what you vibrate. You must become a “vibrational match” to what you desire in order to attract what you truly want. You can raise your vibration by acting as if you already own the thing that you want to manifest in your life and you start experiencing how you would feel if you were already in possession of that thing. For example, how would you feel if you were already living in your ideal house, if you were driving your ideal car, you were spending wonderful holidays in the country of your dreams, etc. You can also use affirmations or phrases like “I am in the process of attracting my ideal house which is very beautiful and spacious and where I feel very happy….” to raise your vibration to attract what you desire. You can also visualize what you want to attract in your life and make as if you are already living the life of your dreams. You can see yourself very happy doing the things you desire. You must always bear in mind that whether you are using affirmations or visualization, the most important thing is that you must feel what it would be like to already possess what you desire.
Step 3: Allowing
The third and most important step in the process of deliberate attraction is allowing. Allowing is the absence of doubt and fear. The speed at which the Law of Attraction manifests your desire is in direct proportion to how much you allow. If you have a strong desire and strong doubt, your desire will never be manifested because you will be sending mixed signals in the universe. If, on the other hand, you have a strong desire and no doubt or fear at all, your desire will be manifested very rapidly. The most common cause of doubt is your own limiting beliefs. These limiting beliefs act as blocks and prevent you from getting what you want. Once you remove your doubts and replace them by certainty and once you substitute your fears by confidence, what you truly desire will be manifested in your life. As Dr. Norman Vincent Peale said
